Zombies and Skeletons riding horses.

Zombies and Skeletons should have a small chance of spawning riding a zombie/skeleton horse. You should be able to ride a zombie horse in the same way as a skeleton horse.

Yes they totally should the the skeleton's ride on the skeleton's horse and the zombie should ride the zombie Horse
