Anvils can cross enchant

I think anvils should be able to cross enchant weapons of the same class. To do this, you would take an item of the same class, I.E. Gold Pickaxe, lets say, enchanted with efficiency 5 and unbreaking 5 and a Diamond pickaxe with, maybe, silk touch. You’d put the Diamond pickaxe first, and then the Gold pickaxe, giving you a Diamond pickaxe with silk touch, efficiency 5, and unbreaking 5. This would cost xp, and would give Gold items a real use because they enchant better than any other tool and armor set, and Gold tools have needed a use for awhile
