Balance Wither Boss on Bedrock

Recently me and friends fought the wither boss on all 3 difficulties and we all agreed that the boss seemed very powerful and unbalanced. We all had endgame armour and every time the wither was almost an impossible task. The main issue we had was how easily and often the wither destroyed all the blocks surrounding us. It also felt like the boss fight Didn't fit into Minecraft. All I think that needs to change is to balance the wither boss and make it less destructive and to reduce the difficulty by a small amount

    I think that's exactly right!  The bedrock edition withers are too strong.  mojang and Microsoft, please weaken faster.

    me and my friend went to fight the wither boss in our survival world.  First of all, the boss is way too destructive. second of all, the Wither effect lasts way too long when you get hit once.  I battled the wither in full netherite gear with protection 4 and got hit once by the wither, I escaped the area and died.  I died by a single hit to the wither with full netherite gear!! not to mention that when I ran back to get my items back, the wither one shot me every time!  after about 5 attempts I finally ran past the wither and collected a bunch of blocks that clogged up my inventory so i was not able to pick up my items.  and then the wither shot a single hit at me and all my items blew up and I died.  honestly im ready to go into creative and give myself a nether star because it feels impossible to do in bedrock edition.  I also play on a survival realms on minecraft Java edition and I defeat the wither multiple times without dying because the fight is much more balanced and it possible to do on Java.  this really needs to be fixed on bedrock because the fight is way to hard.  I hope someone shares my little rant because this fix is really needed.

    I completely agree I just tried to fight the wither on PS4, I died once and so many blocks were on the ground that the game became impossible to play due to lag. I feel like a noob because I’ve been playing in this world for 5 years, I just got up the courage to fight the wither, and it literally made the game unplayable to the point that I had to change the difficulty to peaceful. Also, the first phase is relatively easy, but as soon as it hits the second phase it destroys so many blocks that the lag makes it unplayable.

    I have had the same issue, I run a SMP server for bedrock edition and we play on normal difficulty.  The issue is, is that the wither seems to be just as hard in normal difficulty and hard, but the wither is a piece of cake in easy difficulty.  I think that normal difficulty should be a balance between what it is now, and what it is in easy difficulty, maybe make it less destructive, and have the wither effect not last as long, and make the hits not take as much damage.  Of course, keep the wither how it is in hard difficulty.  It is possible, but you need to have quite a few enchanted golden apples and potions to kill it without dying, and make sure that you are AT LEAST 250 blocks away from any builds.  Me and my server members have been concerned that spawn could be destroyed by a wither, even if we are far away and underground.  I feel like the wither SHOULD be a challenge, but you SHOULD NOT have to worry about your builds being destroyed when you are a safe distance away.

    Yes, i agree with this. I am pocket edition player, it very hard to fight wither in mobile. Mojang please make bedrock wither same as java edition wither. It is impossible to kill wither in pocket edition. I hope mojang make bedrock wither same as java edition wither

    I'm quit on fight wither in bedrock completely!! In my opinion, The wither in bedrock ver. should create to be easier than the java version since devices for bedrock are harder to control. but they made it opposite. Because of that, I'm so frustrated and just wanna quit playing Minecraft on mobile. I wish next up date they should make wither weaker as much as possible.

    I agree. I play on Xbox one and due to the amount of destruction it had made it cause the game to become extremely laggy. There for making it almost impossible to fight let alone defeat. If the game can’t handle the boss it should be looked at but what I don’t get is from what I understand is that bedrock exists as it’s for use on less powerful devices so why is the easier wither on Java?

    I doubt anyone from Mojang cares, but this issue with lag and the Wither has been an ongoing problem and all I've seen is total silence from Mojang. My son and I just spent two hours trying to knock the Wither down using iron golems, and we had to walk away from the game for a while to cool off because we were so frustrated. The lag made it very difficult to move and impossible to hit the Wither. I don't care how it's fixed, I'd like the issue solved, please. I would love to see anyone from Mojang try to defeat the Wither on an Xbox One once that lag kicks in. Maybe it's eventually do-able, but it's not fun, and I thought the idea of the game was to be fun. I don't care that the Wither is difficult to kill. I care about the lag it generates. Balance it, please, in the direction of allowing players to play with minimal, or preferably no lag.

    It's not fair that the wither is THAT strong! Not only that, it's FREAKING LAGGY when it entered the second phase making it nearly impossible to fight. Please make it more balanced

    They don’t even need to nerf it just bring back the end portal cheese. I can’t fight the wither on bedrock it just kept going up it hit 500 in the y axis before I ran out of rockets And when I fought it underground it crashed my game, it’s bull crap. Mojang if your reading this please fix your game, ignoring us will be your downfall. Also I play on switch

    You can one shot the wither with the mace, making it easier on Bedrock.

    Melihat kondisi seperti ini, saya punya ide bagaimana jika Wither diberi penangkal, misalnya naga Ender. Menurut saya, naga Ender lebih cocok sebagai penangkal Wither karena keduanya bisa terbang secara alami.
