Magic sound effect for when a mob drops a rare item.

A subtle magic sound and a glowing effect for when a mob drops a rare item (music discs, tridents, rabbit's foot, etc), like a beacon wooshing but it goes for about a second

    I think it should be like in legend of zelda when you pick up item, really grabs the players attention, great idea!

    This is a great idea! Also, I think anything that is enchanted should make the noise, too.
