villagers get random jobs in bedrock edition

if you want a librarian villager for example and if you place a lectern it will be a random job for some reason. i  would love if it will be like in java edition when you place a lectern by example near the villager it will become a librarian.

    Yes, this really needs to be fixed.  I have a very large town and getting them to have the correct profession is difficult.

    Yes, i have a lot of barrels and all villagers become fishermen

    is there any way to get them to become the right profession? my villager keep becoming random jobs when there is no block in the area to make them that profession except the a block for the one i want them to be.
