Frog Potion

The Frog Potion is a unique potion that could be brewed using a Lily Pad. It would give you Jump Boost and a new effect called Amphibians Blessing, which would severely slow you on land, forcing you to hop to get any fast, however you can swim immensely faster and removes the slower mining you have while submerged under water. The potion doesn't last for too long and cant be extended nor made into a level two potion, so this potion doesn't remove the need to make jump boost potions. Additionally, it cant be turned into a lingering or splash potion, nor made into an arrow.

This potion should be added because:

• It gives a purpose to lily pads besides decoration.
• It would encourage people to explore and mine in underwater caves/ravines.
• A similar concept of trading mobility for extra abilities is already showcased in the existing Potion of the Turtle Master.
