Optionable Plank Recipe

Add a crafting recepie for planks using 4 sticks. This will make stocks more useful while building in survival.

I think this is a fair mechanic, especially if you have an excess of sticks. It doesn't reward backwards crafting either, since the conversion from planks to sticks is 2:4. Despite the special spelling and grammar of this post, I like!
