Setting a Dog/Wolf free

When you tame a dog/wolf, It receives a collar. By using the scissors (use button/left mouse/touchpad) on the dog, the collar gets cut and the dog/wolf is set free.

this feature is not something people has asked for but it isn't negative as well

    instead of scissors it should be shears

    This feature is important. My daugther have a large number of dog. She think the group is too large to manage and would like to release some of them back to nature. She built a large enclosure with flowers and games for the dogs ...so killing them is not an option.
