Ways to obtain or move Monster Spawners

I feel like being able to grab monster spawners with some kind of enchantment would be very nice to have, like maybe Silk Touch II for example, but to make it more understandable to have in the game, they could maybe be only found in end city chests with a very rare chance of being found, and maybe this enchantment could also allow you to silk touch any block, so for example, silverfish blocks could be picked up as well. Basically this would just be a really end-game sort of thing. Maybe if possible, make it only obtainable after the Ender Dragon is killed too. Or even make it so there's only one or 2 books in an entire world.

And if not this, maybe make some sort of way to move monster spawners, with maybe like, an upgraded piston or something. Maybe to make this piston you would need an iron block and redstone block, instead of just the singular items, and/or maybe have obsidian instead of cobblestone.

  Being able to move a spider spawner to another location would be awesome! I can already think of so many ideas as to why this would be useful!

  Please ,Please,Please, if you guys are willing to add a useless mob such as a goat why don't you make it so we can move spawners. Because I am tired of having to clear out a room of gravel surrounding my spawner for the sake of xp.
