Prismarine Boats

It's nice that boats have some variation with the different wood types, but it would be interesting if ocean materials like prismarine blocks or crystals could be used to craft special boats. If one could be crafted out of the prismarine crystals, it could look similar to the prismarine lanterns and emit a soft glow (this would help find your boat at night). These boats may also travel slightly quicker, or have easier turning to be more versatile. This would at least give further customization to boats and further uses for prismarine blocks.
