Collection Enchantment

A new enchantment that can be applied to any tool. Perhaps a treasure enchantment you can't get from a enchantment table. When a tool has this enchantment, anything that is broken with the tool will go directly to the players inventory. If the players inventory is full, the item will drop to the ground as usual
