There should be a harder version of Minecraft. Beyond the difficulty changes for Hard mode, something like "Extreme Mode" would change mob behavior to be much more dangerous. Some possible implementations for such a mode: Creepers have a 15% chance of spawning charged, and when any creeper aggros onto a player, it will sprint towards them at near player sprinting speed; Zombies have a 25% chance of NOT spawning with armor, and can break down iron doors, they can also run; Skeletons accuracy is improved, and skeletons have a chance of spawning when ANY mob dies; All drowned spawn with tridents; Raids no longer require the bad omen effect, and spawn around THE PLAYER; Phantoms have a giant variant with a rare spawn, which can pick up the player and drop them; Upon killing a witch, the player earns the "cursed effect", which when they next sleep summons a Vindicator and a group of witches that spawn near the player and try to kill them; Dogs (even tamed) can randomly become aggressive; All passive mobs with food loot tables have a chance to drop rotten flesh instead of beef, chicken, pork, etc; Totem of undying has a 0.01% chance of NOT saving the player from death; chance for lightning to strike a player is increased and frequency of storms is increased; Endermen can randomly aggro onto a player; Ender dragon can carry players over the void and drop them; These are just some ideas to make a harder version of Minecraft where the focus is on hostile mob to player interaction.
