Have you ever accidentally crafted something you didn't want?

I remember when I wanted to make a diamond pickaxe but I crafted a diamond hoe instead.

We already have a kind of disenchanter, the grindstone. So why not a dismantler? We could get our items back, and it would only cost experience.

The more valuable the items are, the more experience you'll need to dismantle!
