Better Snow & Shovel Interaction

This is how snow and shovels interact. You hold left-click to break the block which takes the usual amount of time to mine. And, when you right-click, the snow disappears. Now, this is my proposal to change that strange behavior. Read along.

What gets changed?

This is a simple change. When you hold left-click, the snow block/layers break as usual and drop their usual rates of snowballs. But what has changed is the right-click. Instead of making the snow block disappear, we are now removing single layers of snow one by one. That can help out the builders a little bit more and remove that weird right-click interaction.
