Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Water Vision Potion

About

Water vision can be gained through the water breathing potion with makes no complete sense. So, I propose the water vision potion.

In-Depth Review

The water breathing potion must no longer provide the extra vision which you get after drinking it. This water vision potion helps you see better in water in the same way that the water breathing potion did. The player will get an infinite distance of clear vision through the water. All there is to this is that we are separating the two pros of a single into two different items which will provide a bit more challenge for the player to go through.

Obtaining The Item

This is pretty similar to how it works for water breathing. Obtain a glass bottle. Fill it with water. Make the awkward potion. Brew with tropical fish instead of pufferfish, and there you have it! A water vision potion. There is not much more to this.

    I think that this could make swimming much easier. It could also differentiate from the Night Potion. Currently, if you're above the water line with a Night Potion, you can see into the water, which really doesn't make sense, seeing as how it's a Night Potion. That aspect of the Night Potion could be taken away, and this could be added, letting you see into water when above and under water. This could make fighting, building, and mining underwater much better, making it easier to do all of those and could encourage new mobs, ores, exploration, and structures underwater. The only thing I would change, is instead of making the sight infinite (which would crash whatever console you're on), just making it go only as far as sight on land.

    Night vision isn't necessarily a night potion, it's only called that because it's useful and mostly used in the night. it is used in all kinds of dark places. Conduits make it easier to see in the water too.
