Make a custom block maker. It's a white block. But if you right click it (or press the use/place button), It'll Show A blank drawing area with a grid. You can draw the texture of your custom block. There is also a pallete with all the Minecraft colors. Red, Orange, Yellow, Lime, Green, Cyan etc. On the grid, you can change the color of each square. And there can also be a button to show the grid or not. There's also a save, clear, and eraser button. The save button lets you save your block to the survival and creative inventory. But if you make a new world, your block wouldn't be available. The save button also lets you name your block lets you make it produce light or not. You can also set how many blocks will the light be visible. The clear button sets the drawing area to all blank again. The eraser button lets you select the color white. It's a switch button. You can select ON or OFF.
