Instant Potions

A potion specialised for quick emergency situations. The effects would be much weaker and last much shorter.

This would be great if you unexpectedly fall in a dark cave with monsters, and you need a quick 20-30 seconds of night vision. Or if you are falling and you want to pop a quick slow falling potion. Finally, even if you are underwater and accidentally got trapped too far away from your conduit, and to save your last few bubbles you drink a quick few seconds of water breathing.

These situations might be a little impractical, but these items would be great addition to PvP. This version of potion would be brewable in the brewing stand by adding some material of sorts, similar to how you can increase the duration or strength of a potion today by adding redstone or glowstone to the cocktail.
