Iron Arrows / Bolts added to the Combat Update

Since the fletching table and the smithing table's features are coming in the "next themed update" which I'm assuming will be the 1.15 combat update, I have an idea for the fletching table. You can make Iron Bolts or Arrows to be a more powerful ammo for the crossbows. Don't remove the use of regular arrows though. It can be made with an iron ingot or nugget, a stick and a feather. Alternatively, Iron Arrow Heads could be made using the smithing table, but I think the first idea is better. Why do I want this? It's because the crossbow has 3 enchantments being Multishot, Piercing and Quick Charge. The bow also has 3 enchants being power, punch and flame. The crossbow seems kind of different from the bow since it doesn't have anything to increase its power, it's only limited to the same damage. Using iron arrows instead of regular flint arrows, you could be able to. It can have a cost though, maybe it can reduce the loading speed of the crossbow by 15%? I'm not so sure about that.
