(Android) Remove Google Play Verification

Please remove the google play store license verification, As this forces you to use a google play store. As all the purchases are done though the Minecraft store account there is no need for this. The removal of the google play store requirement allows for custom rom android devices to use your game without the need for a google play store account, which is needed now that you have closed support for windows 10 mobile and have no info on surface phone.

    This would increase the amount of people pirating the game & getting its in-app purchases for free just by [you can disagree without detailing how to do something not permitted ~ admin]
