When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Redstone Camera

It's as it says a Redstone Camera. Imagine just walking into a room and your perspective changes to third-person view. Giving you the view of where the camera is placed. Now I believe this could be a fun mechanic that could be used in many ways. 

-Map creation. Map users can use this to switch angles, or even record a scene.

-Add ons. You could us this in the same way as map makers. Mmaking it even more eentertaining.

-Mumbo Jumbo. Can use this for his unique redstone contraptions. Example: His redstone plane.

I would imagine it to look like an old time camera with a lens up front. It would be about the size of a Minecraft head. 

How it would be crafted. Four redstone in the corners. Gold ingots filling the gaps between the redstone. With glass in the middle. Maybe bluestone could have its part in crafting this. (I used gold to give gold more uses).

Trip Wires and pressure plate would send a redstone signal to the camera triggering it to start playing.

The Camera has a 5 x 5 block range

Please do coconsider this subject. It could be tons of fun for the ever-growing Minecraft community. (I think this would work for both Java and Bedrock).

    Yea, and when the owner goes to look at the camera a password menu comes up so it is secure

    This sounds very fun and intuitive for adventure and creative modes, but for just average survival mode it seems a bit out of place to have an object that takes the game out of your personal perspective.

    I think it would be better off as an item that is similar to the command block and only spawned in through creative mode.

    I anticipate this feature, almost! Would bring a new level of quality to Minecraft videos and community content.

    I am interested in this idea. (Just a suggestion): If you put a comparator running from the block it is placed on, it might be able to work as a motion detector.

    Excellent idea. Although this is already in Education Edition, a vanilla Minecraft counterpart would be awesome.

    This is already a feature in Education Edition, minus the changing perspective and crafting recipe, and is coming to Bedrock Edition in version 1.16.100.
