This enchantment would allow you to do more damage to mobs that belong to the end, and it would have 4 enchanting levels

Nooooooo. Bane of arthropods and smite are both useless enchantments as is. In fact I think both of those enchantments need to be removed from the game. We need more versatile enchantments similar to fire aspect
