Sneaking Animation Adjustment

In Java Edition 1.13, the sneaking animation changed from instantly going to the sneaking position, to having a smooth, but slow camera animation. The camera animation has a delay before using it, making it very difficult to "speed bridge". I suggest that the animation is made faster (such as how it was before 1.8) or removed entirely.

    There totally should be a slider or straight up off/on button but they totally should not just remove it, that's not so good.
