Nether Shulker

Similar to the End Shulker, the Nether Shulker spawns in the Nether and shoots a fiery bullet at the player, while it won't cause the player to levitate, it will set the player on fire.

    I like this idea, but I feel like it takes away from having to find an end city to get shulker boxes. Could you think of some special feature this would have that would make its shells different? Like maybe you don't make a typical shulker box out of it for storage, instead its shells could be used to make a new furnace or something like that?
