Random Luck Spots (Fishing)

To get people away from the auto fish farms and back in their boats have LUCKY RANDOM HOTSPOTS.

So the way it works is you're having a bad day of fishing so you move around the lake and all of a sudden HOLY COW you hit a LUCKY RANDOM HOTSPOT. So you're pulling in all kinds of good enchantment books and you know you have to fish fast because you just don't know when the RANDOM HOTSPOT will end.

So a bad day of fishing turned into an outstanding day of fishing because you where lucky enough to hit one of those LUCKY RANDOM HOTSPOT and you head home with your great haul of enchantment books :)
