Wolfsbane flower for mobspawn prevention.

A flower that prevents hostile mobs from spawning in a certain radius, without producing light or while producing minimal amounts of light. (Maybe a little particle effect?) Make it a bit rarer of a spawn compared to other flowers. Although it's easy to do, having a field or village completely covered in torches is kinda an eye sore. It's become a common issue amongst friends during survival builds, where you wanna make a place aesthetically pleasing, but not have to worry about mobs spawning.
