the medal of the sorcerer

The medal of the sorcerer :

obtaining :

you can craft this item by surrounding a totem of undying with gold ingots .

usage :

this item can be used as a bottle in the Brewing stand

however in order for it to effect the player . the player must wear it

once the player wear it gives it the potion effect but once the player take it off the affect disappears

if he wear it again it gives the effect again 

the medal has the same timer of the potion you brew it in however  the timer will not be drained unless you wear the medal

this can save a lot of inventory space by using the medal effect only when you need it ( since potions are not stackable )

- you can empty the potion from the medal by putting it in a brewing stand with a milk bucket .

- drinking a milk bucket will not remove the effect of the medal

    It seems like a rather powerful item, maybe it should cost more then just gold ingots? Perhaps gold blocks? Or 4 gold blocks and 4 gold ingots?

    (It appears it could be used multiple times)

     Connor Schultz I think your right , It should be very expensive . (Note:i posted this idea before totems of undying were farmable) 

     may be a diamond block in the bottom slot of the middle column a totem of undying in the center slot and it can be surrounded by maybe something like  nether stars  

    i think it should be used multiple times (otherwise why bother making it ) , how ever i think it should have a durability amount which will force players to ether enchant it with mending  or fix it with more totems of undying 

    it should be an end game item but i think it should exist
