New F3 Hotkey to lose window focus without pausing game

On single-player worlds with mob farms, you may want to have the computer's focus elsewhere while keeping the farm loaded and running. I suggest doing F3 + U  for the Hotkey used to do something else on the computer while keeping the Minecraft tab open.

    Same for alt-tabbing. I don't want the menu to come up when I alt+tab. Would like to watch my family play while I work. Menu opening makes this impossible
