Allow chests to be opened when there is a block above them.

It's kind of redundant.

    I think it’s a little annoying when your pet or a block is above your chest. People might accidentally place obsidian above their chest! It’s kinda annoying.

    I think that would be a GREAT idea. It's really annoying when you can't open your chest.
