    Why isn't this already part of the clone command? Also, why limit it to just Bedrock? Just implement it into all versions

    Yes, definitely. Have it like structure blocks, with an option for rotating, and an option for mirroring:

    clone <begin> <end> <destination> [replace|masked] [force|move|normal] [0|90|180|270] [none|leftRight|frontBack]
    clone <begin> <end> <destination> filtered <filter> [force|move|normal] [0|90|180|270] [none|leftRight|frontBack]

    If you have better suggestions for the mirroring options, please reply.

    This could work well for map makers making similar buildings or trees when they come to a intercross or some sort of mirror house, you can create the reflection for the house on both x and y angles, similar to when summoning a mob at a certain rotation/with its head flipped a certain way 

    /clone ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ {Rotation:90,0}
