Remove debug menu for survival

The debug menu should only be allowed if the player has cheats or is in creative mode. The compass and map are completely useless right now because the debug menu can just show them which way they're facing or where they're at.

  Even if they do this, players will just downgrade to an older version to play with the debug screen. If you want to play with the challenge of no debug screen, switch the gamerule reducedDebugInfo on.

  I agree with mseferlis05's comment, but I remember that when I started playing, I didn't know about the debug screen, and it was really more challenging.
  But now in 1.16 you can easily do this, just generate a new world simply by changing the gamerule "reduce debug info" from "false" to "true".
  So technically this is already in the game.
