Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

the ability to collect brown and red mushroom blocks in survival

I think it would be a great idea to allow players to collect red and brown mushroom blocks. Currently, you can break and collect regular dead mushroom blocks with a silk touch tool as well as the white ones, but you are unable to get the red and brown mushroom blocks. Adding the ability to get brown and red mushroom blocks would allow players to build many different things with them, such as a mushroom themed house without having to only use the dead mushroom block.

How it could work
1.use a silk touch weapon on a mushroom tree that has the mushroom type you want. However, this would make it so you are unable to collect dead mushrooms, so I would say my next method is better in that sense.
2. if you use a silk touch weapon on a mushroom block, you will get that type. However, if you use an axe and right click the mushroom block, then use a silk touch weapon, you get the dead one.

I hope you add this feature, it would be very helpful.

    This needs to be in, I know Java Edition has it. It's annoying to find that you can't build something you wanted to build because you're playing on a different edition.

    This definitely needs to be added to bedrock! The java edition already has it and it allows for many amazing themed builds (some can be seen by good times with scar - it is very frustrating to not be able to build something because your edition does not have all the perks of a different one (they already get the 0 tick farms - please allow us to at least have block equivalency!!!)

     

    A few additional ways this could work is having a specific silk touch tool (such as an axe) be required to drop the live (completely no pourouis texture block) block and all other silk tools drop the dead version

    or require a silk touch tool to obtain the live blocks and allow shears to obtain the dead versions. 

    Please Please Please consider this!
