Enchantment overhaul needed!!!

    I did not have enough characters left but the maximum lvl used for repairing or combining should be bellow 10, simply because even with out the changes offered, it still less costly to make a new pick and enchant that which makes no sense, and getting to lvl 30 from 0 is such a pain or a waste of time, dead time of you sitting at a spanner or mining ors you already have chest loads of, just so I can keep survival digging and building my underground city.

    I feel like the enchantment system was balanced watching those youtubers who have  a huge efficient mob farm that gives them 100 levels in 30 mins and not the average player who dont want to ruin his world with a huge cobblestone cube just to repair is dimond pick axe with efficiency 5 instead of building a new one with efficiency 4 and silk touch
