Command book

I never know how to do most commands because they are complicated to remember what to type... it would be nice if there was a book of commands in the settings menu that could tell you how to type the commands and what they do, I also would like a command on iOS devices, to ban on a regular multiplayer world.   

And another command book for command blocks and how to use them, located in the settings menu, the book would tell you all the commands and what you could do with them.
