Rare Items

How about rare items. 

I know that in creative mode you can add potion effects on items - like swiftness on sugar - what if you could find them naturally.  They would be extremely rare like enchanted armor or enchanted weapons are.  Here are some examples;

*When held in hand (doesn't matter which hand) 

Totem of Undying: gives health boost/absorption so it adds a few hearts, or resistance so damage is decreased

Heart of the Sea: gives haste, fire resistance, conduit power, or water breathing

Bucket of Milk: clears potion effects without drinking

Rabbit's Foot: gives luck or jump boost
