Skeleton "Scarecrows"

It would be cool if we were able to craft a skeleton (but one that was actually dead) using one skeleton skull and six or seven bones. Basically, when we killed an undead skeleton, they could drop what they usually drop (with the addition of a skull). We could then craft a skeleton "scarecrow" once we had enough materials. That skeleton could be placed on property to prevent undead skeletons from spawning, or traded with a villager for a rare recipe. It could be crafted inside or outside, and skeletons could not spawn within a certain number of blocks of the crafted skeleton. If one was already spawned, it would flee a certain distance.

    Being able to place bones would also be great for decoration.

    I think the scarecrow should not stop spawning, light already does that. What about if the hostile mobs were scared of the scarecrow like creepers are scared of cats so then the mobs cannot approach the area where the scarecrow is.
