Snow Golems should survive in hot biomes if they are standing on ice

Currently, Snow Golems will "melt" in hot biomes but I propose that if you keep them on ice, so to speak, they won't die. Maybe even extend it to any "cold" block so snow, ice, packed ice, and blue ice would all keep the snow Golems feeling frosty.

This change would make them usable in a larger variety of applications.

    perhaps if he's in shade could also be enough? (Not under direct sunlight)

    I like this idea, but I think it should be exclusively blue ice, making it slightly more difficult as well as giving the block a wider range of uses.

    This would also make an interesting way to farm blaze rods.

    I think this makes sense as Soul Sand already prevents undead mobs from burning in sunlight

    I think this should only apply to blue ice so that it won't melt and to make it a tad bit more pricey. Plus Snow Golems should be able to place snow on them.
