Make Frosted Ice quicker to break, to save animals from drowning under it

When you're traveling with frost walker across an ocean or something with your pets, and one falls off your path of frosted ice and tries to swim back but for whatever reason gets stuck under the ice, the ice should be instantly breakable in survival mode like tnt blocks are in order to save your animal from drowning under your own ice. This would make sense since it seems like the frosted ice block is the weakest ice block there is, since it breaks on its own no matter what the temperature is.
