Mushroom block

As of this version of Minecraft we can’t obtain the mushroom block in survival. This could easily be changed to allow for silk touch or shears to obtain the block

    my suggestion for how we could get it is by right-clicking a red mushroom block/brown mushroom block/mushroom stem with an axe, like how you strip logs
