Scoreboard criteria for attack and use

Add two general scoreboard criteria:

• attack that increments on all attack/destroy actions regardless of what is in hand or what is hit.
• use that increments on all use/place actions.

Coupled with ray-casting and/or other current criteria, I think we'd be able to detect pretty much any type of player interaction in the world.

I know things like this have been suggest before, but there's not a suggestion specifically for what I think is a simple and flexible "click detection".

  I posted a similar request but it's still pending. Really want this paired with held item detectors that check for an item with a specific name so that I can set up classes with special abilities on my bedrock edition server.
