Ability to disable block updates within structure blocks

My understanding is that each and every block placed with a structure block causes a block update. This can make placing a structure an unnecessarily laggy process.

    Also when copying redstone contraptions, all the observers / bud updates fire, and all the pistons re-extend.

    This often breaks a redstone contraption after copying it.

    Yep its really annoying for complex flying machines.
