Fish for items lost to the void

If you cast a fishing rod out and it goes beneath Y level 0, you can "fish" around for items that people have accidentally lost to the void. This would make dying by falling into the void less of a permanent loss, but would still require players to make it to a low enough level in the End to set up a void fishing operation. Perhaps this method of fishing could also reel in endermites instead of items, making it more dangerous.

  why not fish in the overworld with a chance of catching items lost in the void... 'HEY I THINK I CAUGHT YOUR HELMET.

  I lost 14 Shulker shell and several items after an expedition at the End in a Vanilla third-party server. It is very desirable to have s chance for recover lost items in the void in Survival for the upcoming versions

  Yes, and perhaps an enchantment in order to fish from the void.
