Village "Expansion"/Raid Adjustments

Sorry, I had no idea what to title this.

During raids, you may have pillagers outside of the village, that you just can't get in. When you kill pillager captains during raids outside of the village, they still give you the bad omen effect, meaning you cant go back in the village. I believe this can be fixed by expanding the village during raids by around 30 blocks. The raid bossbar will show up, and pillagers can be killed in that area. Either that, or pillager captains wont give you bad omen in around a 30 block radius from a village. Both work fine for me.
