I really don’t like taking hours out of my building time to find flat land. I do a lot of building in creative worlds, and I like to do it on relatively level or flat land. It seems that ever since the village and pillage update that I find villages more and more. I don’t have a problem with this in a survival world because they are very helpful for a player, don’t get me wrong but it’s very annoying to have to search chunk after chunk after chunk for flat land, and then finding out that it’s filled with a village. I don’t like having to flatten my own land, because it doesn’t feel as organic and I don’t like erasing the villages either because it’s a waste of time in my books. Having lots of villages makes the world feel very organic in survival, but it’s not my slice of cake ruining a village just to make another. Just please take into consideration that leaving more flat land open in creative mode is a great way to encourage players making their own large builds.
