When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Enderman head wireless redstone (Java)

The Endermen head is obtained by creepering an enderman so quite hard to obtain. When the player looks at the head the eyes light up. This change is detectable with an 'Observer' allowing wireless redstone.

    Another idea is that if they are powered by redstone their mouth opens up like when they are angry

    I would not have them give off a signal by themselves, but a comparator should be able to detect the change. The same could go for Dragon Heads

    Dragon Heads should be able to have potions put into or connected to them so that, when activated, they would shoot it out like the Ender Dragon. Using Dragon Breath should allow the dragon head to shoot it
