Delete bows from fishing's loottable

Now we can get a lot of bows from fishing. It is bad because it is a really highchance of getting Power 4 or Flame bows from the early game and it makes crossbows useless. While crossbow needs 3 hits to kill most of the common mobs, bows with those enchantments can oneshot them. I can spend just few hours of fishing to get the most powerful range weapon.
