Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Bamboo Blowpipe

There should be a blowpipe made out of bamboo. It should be able to shoot darts that are made of a stick and cactus spines. Cactus spines will be able to be crafted from cactus, and combing them with sticks will make darts. The blowpipe will be very accurate at short range but will not shoot darts very far. The darts on their own will not do very much damage, but combined with a potion in a crafting table, they will be able to do much more. This idea would give a use for bamboo other than just scaffolding and sticks. It would also give a use for cactus other than just being able to make cactus greens. Finally, this addition would encourage exploration of the Minecraft world because bamboo and cactus can only be found in specific biomes.

    Great idea i was thinking that they could shoot seeds and other things like that but darts do sound interesting

    mabye make special darts with iron or gold nuggets seeing as they don't really have a big purpose in the game

    I think this is a stupid idea, since you will need to first find bamboo and then also a cactus in the desert, this does not even take into account that it does little damage.
