Lecturn to be locked with redstone input.

I propose lecterns be locked from adding and removing books when powered by redstone from under the pedestal either from redstone torch or redstone block. As the lectern itself doesn't transfer power through it but can generate it's own redstone signal I feel this would be the best option to be implemented on both Bedrock and Java versions. This would also give map makers more options when creating devices and puzzles.

    In Adventure Mode, lecterns are automatically locked, but this doesn't apply to Survival. This would be a good addition for redstone devices where different pages do different things, so that the pages don't get messed up. Just make sure that the comparator is not affected by the redstone torch.

    In the meantime, you can set so that when the comparator output is 0, a piston door closes so you can't leave until you put the book back.

    I can't believe this hasn't been implemented yet.
