Make UI Appear Instantly in Bedrock (mainly with screen animations off)

This has been bothering me for so much time. Make the UI appear instantly when you click to open it. This is one of the reasons I don't play Bedrock that much, and it happens mainly when screen animations are off (maybe just when they are off).

    Is this a three year old bug?

    Wow.

    I think the resource pack I use actually fixes this, it's called Visual Deluxe Java UI.
