Rain Invokers

While your wandering the desert or other dry biome, you may come across a Rain Invoker. He has trades like a villager, but is extremely unique. For a certain amount of emeralds, you can make it rain in what ever biome he’s in. You can also buy a rain staff, which has a very low durability (3 or 5), and makes it rain when your girth click. He also sells a thunder staff and thunder charges. They are both very expensive. The thunder staff consumes thunder charges like a bow. If you right click the thunder staff with a thunder charge in your inventory, it sends a thunder charge flying like an ended pearl would. We’re ever it strikes, lightning would to.

  if you don't get it, its basically:

  some kind of wandering mob that can be paid to summon rain, (like if you need it for your crops or whatever)

  He also sells a thunder staff, which is like a bow for thunder charges, which can fly about as far as and ender pearl could, and then summons down lightning on the impact spot
