Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Elytra and crossbow fire works

In the current 1.14 release you can put fireworks into crossbows and when your in an elytra you propel yourself with fireworks but there's no easy way to slow down. If you made it so when you fire a firework out of a crossbow you slow down and depending on the flight duration you will slow down more or less. If you added this to the game, it would make flying maps have more depth to them and it would lower the death rate of flying into the ground at too high of speeds.

    I'm sorry but this wouldn't work. You're launching something that goes faster then you and it's much lighter so there wouldn't be enough gravity to push you back to make you go slower.

    I know that there's logic in the game but it doesn't have enough power to push one back when released. It's just my opinion.
